Participant Requirements & Safety
The minimum age for participants is 12 years, unless otherwise approved by Pack Saddling Australia.
Riders 16 years and under must be supervised by an adult rider.
All riders under 18 years must wear ASA-approved helmets.
We recommend that all riders wear ASA-approved helmets.
All participants must read and sign a waiver form prior to riding.
Participants acknowledge that horse riding is an inherently dangerous activity and accept all risks, including injury, death, loss, or damage.
Weather, Emergencies & Liability
In the event of severe weather conditions or natural disasters, Pack Saddling Australia reserves the right to change, alter, relocate, or cancel a ride as deemed necessary.
Ambulance and health insurance is strongly recommended.
If an ambulance is required, all associated costs are the responsibility of the participant.
Pack Saddling Australia accepts no responsibility for costs incurred as a result of accidents or injuries.
Cancellations & Changes by You
We understand that circumstances can change.
Your booking may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.
You may request an alternative date, subject to availability. Conditions apply.
One date change only is permitted per booking.
Refund Policy
If cancellation occurs more than 21 days prior to the ride commencement date, 75% of payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 21 days of the ride commencement date, no refund will be issued.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Changes or Cancellations by Pack Saddling Australia
Pack Saddling Australia reserves the right to change, alter, relocate, or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will: Provide reasonable notice of any changes
Offer a comparable alternative date and/or location
