Refunds are ONLY provided for cancelled products and services. Mt Gravatt Hawks FC operates a very strict policy on NO REFUNDS of registrations and you are referred back to our standard Term and Conditions.
Any request for refund of registration fees will be referred to the Board of Directors for consideration and will only be approved in extenuating circumstances and the request must be supported by evidence of those circumstances. In most cases if sufficient evidence exists, a credit will be offerred.
Any refunds that are approved will be subject to deductions covering association fees, training compensation and administrative fees.
