This Order constitutes a binding agreement between "The Client" and IfOnlyCommunications "The Publisher" under the terms outlined below. This order is governed by English Law

1). "The Publisher" agrees to post "The Clients" material in an agreed & confirmed position.
2). "The Publisher" agrees to protect at all times "The Client"[s] intellectual property.
3). "The Publisher" prohibits, and may postpone, cancel or otherwise return, any Material that violates its advertising standards, including but not limited to advertising that violates applicable laws, promotes pornography, illegal goods, illegal drugs, illegal drug paraphernalia, pirated programs and instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other weapons.
4). "The Client" warrants that they are the legal owner or has the Authority of the Copyright holder and has the full Authority to post the submitted material.
5). "The Client" hereby releases "The Publisher" its principals, employees, agents, assign and licensees from ALL Liability for any claim made against "The Publisher" as a result of posting "The Clients" submitted material.
7). "The Client" agrees to pay the "The Publisher" the agreed order rate as slected above before publication.
8). "The Client" accepts that the campaign will only go live when full payment has been received by "The Publisher"
9). As a Gibraltar based entity "The Publisher" (IfOnlyCommunications) does not charge VAT/IVA
