Jennifer Aiello is a Human Resources Specialist at Alcott HR. A seasoned generalist with over seven years of experience, she completed her Masters in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University and her Society of Human Resource Management- Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation along the way. Jennifer is passionate about putting her knowledge to good use every day through helping small businesses with HR issues big and small.
Jose Santiago is Alcott HR’s corporate counsel and HR Compliance Manager. He ensures clients peace of mind by providing consulting services on human resources and employment best practices. Jose and his team monitor developments in labor and employment law throughout the U.S. and ensure Alcott leadership and team members are educated and trained on the latest labor and employment laws, rules and regulations, best practices and procedures.
After serving as a prosecutor in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Santiago dedicated his practice to counseling and litigation. He has years of experience representing management in labor and employment matters such as EEO compliance in the workplace; sexual harassment prevention; wage and hour compliance; and representing businesses before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and New York State Division of Human Rights.
