How will it work?
You'll reserve a designated outdoor area on campus for your group to meet.
Bring your own lawn chairs, camping chairs—tail-gate style
If you eat together, please honor BYO (bring your own) & EYO (eat your own).
No “potluck-style" sharing of food and utensils!
To make a reservation for your group:
Make your reservation, SUNDAY-THURSDAY by 2 PM. Note: Any reservations made after 2 PM Thursday through Saturday will be responded to on the following Sunday or Monday.
1. Select the day of the week your group would like to meet.
2. Choose one of the designated location options, which will appear after you select the day of the week. Note: accompanying each location option is the best time of day to meet in that location, based on sun exposure. The Tent area is not available at any time.
3. After submitting your reservation, you'll receive an email response with your group's date, time, and location. Please wait to hear from our Life Group office before instructing your group to attend.
If you have questions or need to cancel your requested time, please contact Drew Robinson so another group can opt for that spot.
