    TATTOO SUBMISSION FORM

    *There is a mandatory deposit required to book all new appointments. Deposits are either $50, or $100 and go towards the cost of your tattoo. They are a guarantee that your intention is to make your appointment.

     

    A minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule your appointment, barring any catastrophe out of your control. I am very flexible and forgiving if communicated well with. 

    If you book an appointment and change your mind on the design after the fact, your deposit may be subject to forfeiture.

     

    If you pay a deposit and fail to agree to a date within 30 days, and also fail to communicate, your deposit may be subject to forfeiture.

    I will do my best to make you happy, and if that can't be done prior to our appointment a deposit may be refunded subject to my discretion.

     

    All other deposits are non refundable.
