A cover charge of $20pp will apply to no-show individuals.
If an entire booking does not show, the cover charge for each person booked will be charged.
If you wish to cancel the entire booking, or certain seats of the booking, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to your booked time. If it is under 3 hours, the cover charge will apply per person.
If you cancel the entire booking, or certain seats of the booking outside of 3 hours, no charges will apply.
Changes to Booking
You may add or remove people, change the date or time up to 3 hours prior to your booked time. If it is under 3 hours, the cover charge will apply per person missing.
Adding more people within our outside 3 hours of the booking is not guarenteed.
If you make changes to the booking outside of the 3 hours, no charges will apply.
We will hold your booking for 15 minutes only. After that time, we will relqiunish the table if other customers are waiting. If we can accommodate you although late, a late fee of $15 may apply at the Manager's discretion.
10 Person Bookings
As this will take away majority of our dining room, we do enforce a minimum spend of $350 for the entire table ($35pp). If this spend isn't met, we will be required to charge your card to meet the remaining balance.
Charging Your Card
Before you can book your table, our secure payment gateway (Stripe & Tyro), will record your card details and show you the maximum amount that would be deducted if in case of a full booking 'no-show'.
We will not charge your card unless there are individual or group 'no-shows', or a late fee is applied.
You will only be charged $20pp that is absent from the booking.
If your booking attends as per how many you booked and on time, no further charges will be made; and our payment gateway will clear your details.
All details and information are stored by our payment gateway under the strictest security and privacy laws, and is not shared or used for any other means than charging for the above criteria's.
