1. This Gift Card constitutes a voucher issued by Club Med, redeemable exclusively for the booking of a Club Med Resort-only Package worldwide by contacting the Club Med reservation center at 1800258263 only. This Gift Card is not redeemable via any other modes including any other sales office, online websites or travel agencies. 2. Any booking of a Club Med holiday package is subject to the general conditions of sale including the Club Med Booking Terms & Conditions appearing in the Club Med brochures or on the Club Med website www.clubmed.com.au at the time of booking. 3. Advance reservations are required and bookings are subject to the resort/flight availability. 4.Bookings must be confirmed with full payment before the Gift Card expiry date. If the booking is of greater value, the recipient will be required to top up in cash any pricing variances due. 5. Gift Cards can be redeemed for new bookings only, not for an existing booking or booking already amended. 6. Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from date of issuance and for the amount specified on the Gift Card. Gift Cards may be used for a single transaction only and cannot be cumulated. If the Gift Card is not redeemed and used within the said 24 months, or not used entirely in a single transaction, the Gift Card will be void and of no value. Any unused value will not be refunded. Gift Cards cannot be extended in validity. Club Med has the right to reject any expired Gift Card. 7. Gift Cards are non-transferable, cannot be re-sold and can only be redeemed by the recipient. 8. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole, and have no value unless redeemed. 9. Club Med reserves the right not to honor any Gift card or otherwise limit the use of a Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the purchase, transmission, redemption and/or use of such card is improper, unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. 10. Recipients must provide the unique Gift Card reference code during redemption and are advised to keep their Gift Cards safe. Club Med is not responsible for the loss of reference code. 11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Med will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the purchase, redemption or utilization of the Gift Card. 12. The purchase, redemption and use of this Gift Card implies acceptance of these conditions. 13. Club Med may amend these Gift Card Terms and Conditions from time to time at its own discretion without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
