12-Month Membership Agreement Clause

By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and accept that you are committing to a 12-month membership, with a total financial obligation of $4,950.00 incl. GST, comprising:
- $990.00 incl. GST — one-off setup fee; and
- $330.00 incl. GST per month — payable in 12 equal monthly instalments.
Failure to meet the agreed payment terms constitutes a breach of contract and may result in:
- Default notification to relevant credit agencies
- Legal action to recover outstanding amounts, including but not limited to collection costs and legal fees
