A little about my journey: I was an athlete up until my second year of college, I decided to stop and focus on school. So I was athletic, but lacked good nutrition habits. After I graduated, I was 30 lbs overweight and was in desperate need to find vision for my life.
I found my coach on social media, decided to try something new, joined a 21 day challenge and over the course of 3 months, I lost 20 lbs, gained leaned muscle and amazing energy. I have something I can be consistent with while building the body and life I want!
