If students need to cancel a class, we ask they provide a reason and do so 24-hours before the scheduled class. If the cancellation request happens within 24-hours of the class, we will not refund or reschedule the class.
We understand life happens and students shouldn't be penalized for unforseen emergencies. Because of this, student's first invalid cancellation that occurs within the 24 window will be considered "uncompleted" and will be rescheduled. Student's second invalid cancellation within 24-hours of the start of class will not be rescheduled and will be considered as "completed" and no refund will be issued. We're giving you a freebie.
If students are not satisfied with the Spanish professor they were assgiend, we ask that students notify the Head of Student Services at Tico Lingo and ask to be transferred to a new professor. If students are still dissatsfied after transtiioning to a new Spanish professor, a full refund for the unused portion of remaining classes will be issued.
Payments will be completed before the start of the first class.
