Being a colorist, SITB's owner quickly realized that if she wanted to bring all her color ideas to reality, she had to use hair that has integrity. By joining this program, we are sharing with you the results of our years of experience in the hair industry.

    Before gaining an understanding of your hair needs, please read all the Q&A below for valuable information about this program before making the decision to join.

  • LEARN ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

     

    1. What type of hair do you offer?

    We offer virgin and premium virgin hair. 

     

    2. What is the main difference between virgin hair and premium virgin hair?

    Our Virgin hair has been processed with unharmful methods to the original hair follicle to achieve specific patterns. We offer two types of Virgin hair qualities: Premium Virgin and Regular Virgin. Our Premium Virgin hair can be colored up to 613 however our regular Virgin can only color to #27. Based on our experience and expert opinion, our Premium Virgin can last up to 24 months with proper care and our Virgin can last up to 12 months. The particularity of Virgin hair is that it is very easy to maintain. We recommend our virgin hair if you want relatively good hair at an affordable price.

    Our premium virgin hair quality is as good as our raw hair quality. This is by far the best virgin hair we found on the market. The hair bleaches evenly and we use it for most of our balayage wigs. The hair is super soft before and after coloring and can be bleached up to a level 10. This hair can last 3 years and more with proper care. If you are looking to get raw hair like quality with low maintenance, we recommend getting our Premium Virgin hair.

    3. Is the hair you are selling the same as the one you use for your wigs and post on Instagram?

    Yes, it is the same exact hair. However, we recently added a low-budget hairline to help hair businesses wanting to start with a specific niche of clientele. If accepted into this program, we strongly advise you to read the description of each hair quality that we offer, in order to make an informative business decision based on the price point and your company market (Budget, affordable, or luxury).  

     

    4. What type of lace do you offer?

    We offer HD Lace - This HD lace is our number one seller because it provides a good melt and is durable. This HD lace can only be found on our virgin and premium virgin hair.

     

    5. Where is your hair sourced?

    Our hair is mainly sourced in different countries in South East Asia. 

     

    6. Can knots come bleached and lace plucked? 

    All frontals and most wigs come uncustomized. The only wigs that come pre-plucked and with bleached knots are our Glueless Premium Virgin wigs. It comes exactly as pictured. 

  • SHIPPING

     

    7. Where are you located/ any US-based offices?

    We run my business from both the US and France. All wholesale orders will be shipped from the US. This means that if you are outside the US, you might need to pay duties fees on your order. If you are ordering more than a certain amount per month, I will work with you to see how we can arrange shipping fees to help with the customs fees. 

     

    8. How much is shipping?

    For US orders, shipping fees will always be $20 regardless of the quantity of your order. For international orders (orders outside the US), shipping fees will be $50 and might slightly fluctuate depending on the size of the order.

     

    9. What would my order processing time be?

    There is a difference between order processing time and shipping speed. When added together, it will give you exactly the number of days to receive your order from the moment you place your order. Our normal processing time for wholesale orders is 10 to 15 business days depending on the product purchased however, please refer to the processing time under the description of each item.

     

    10. What is the shipping speed?

    For US customers, shipping speed is 2-3 business days and for international orders shipping speed is 4 business days and plus. 

     

    11. Are shipping and processing times affected by COVID/Holidays?

    Delays are expected at high peak seasons like holidays etc. However, we do communicate delays and ensure alternative solutions to ensure all orders arrive on time. 

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) AND PAYMENT

     

    12. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?

    Yes, there is. 

    Bundle and lace: MOQ is 10 for bundle and lace for each quality. You can mix bundle and lace to meet the MOQ.

    Wigs: MOQ is 3 for wigs based on their denomination (Virgin and Premium Virgin) this means that you have to buy 3 of each quality. 

    An additional discount is available for all orders above $10.000 worth of merchandise please contact us before placing the order to get more information.

    Please ensure your order meets the stated MOQ requirements. Orders that do not meet the MOQ will be automatically canceled and a 10% fee will be applied.

     

    13. Is there any membership fee?

    Yes, there is a $25 membership fee to join our Wholesale program. This fee is refunded to you if you make your first purchase with us within 6 months of joining our program. The membership fee is non-refundable after 6 months if no order has been placed. 

     

    14. Is there any discounts for wholesale customers?

    Yes, there is a 5% discount on total order value if you don't use our buy now pay later options.

       

    15. Do you offer an Installment payment plan or Financing?

    Yes, we offer ShoPay, Klarna, Sezzle and Zip. If you checkout without using any of the buy now pay later options, a 5% discount on the total order value will be refunded to your original form of payment.     16. Return policy?

    In general, all orders are final as we ensure all orders are accurate before we send them to you. If at any point we made a mistake on your order, we will be glad to work with you to find a suitable solution and fix the order. 

     

    17. Will you give us tips on how to care for your different types of hair?

    Yes, we do have a Haircare section available with products we tested and love for our extensions. The Haircare section is added to all wholesale customers' accounts who have placed an order with us and are updated as we find better haircare products.

     

    18. What is the approval rate for the wholesale program?

    Because we value our loyal wholesale customers and want them to compete in the market, we have a limited amount of spots open for wholesale applications. If your application is not approved, you are automatically refunded the $25 membership fee.

     

    19. Will you be adding more hair textures and products over time?

    Yes, we will and if you are accepted into the program please subscribe to newsletters for updates on new services and products. We promise not to send lots of emails like other companies to do. We will only send you emails when there are new products added to the store. We are currently working on many different projects for our wholesale clients. We have been testing new hair types, new curls, new types of HD lace, products, etc. 

     

    20. Will you be selling already colored wigs?

    Yes, we currently have the Anita and Brownie wig available on our wholesale website and we plan on adding more soon.

    We are very confident with the quality of hair we supply to our customers whether wholesale or retail. We vetted all the suppliers for months before doing business with them and we know their processes. We used our knowledge about hair, lace, and wig construction to ensure that all suppliers adhere to the same level of quality we uphold when making our own units.

    The main reason we decided to offer a wholesale program is that many reached out regarding the issues they encounter while looking for quality hair. The numerous vendor lists they bought from other accounts on Instagram fell short of helping them find a reputable vendor. Finding hair nowadays is very difficult and very expensive especially if one does not know how to properly test it. We are not only sharing our quality with you but we are also sharing our years of expertise in the hair industry. We hope to be your one-stop shop.
