1. Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once the order form is submitted.

2. All our products are made to order. We require 1 week lead time for our bespoke cakes.

3. Strictly for pick-up only. You may also book your own grab car or lalamove car.

4. We do not give refunds for damaged cakes caused by the driver or during transit.

5. 50% DP is required to reserve a slot.

6. If you want to get a quotation for a customized cake, please send us a message together with the sample photo (DO NOT FILL-OUT THE ORDER FORM YET). Once you got the quotation, fill out this form and select the appropriate option under "Your Own Design" category .

7. Make sure to leave us a message upon sending the form so we can be notified ASAP.

8. We will block/remove in our page those Joy reservers, bogus buyers & disrespectful clients.
