Students are asked to respond to the following questions or schedule a conference with their counselor if a counselor evaluation is required.

If applying for a summer program or boarding school, share more about the program, what the program includes, and what you hope to learn from the experience.
What is the most important thing you think the counselor should express to the program/school to which you are applying?
Please list the clubs/organizations (no more than 4) in which you've participated while at ISB. (specify clubs/organization and also your grade level)
