Straight-Up Sports - Player Information Submission
How to Register:

NOTE: Payment is now required at time of registration, thank you!
1. Fill out this PLAYER INFO form for your player.
2. When you hit submit, you will automatically be taken to the PAYMENT PROCESSING form to POST PAYMENT for your player.
  - Once you have submitted both the PLAYER INFO form, and the succeeding PAYMENT PROCESSING FORM, you will see a "Thank You" window, letting you know we received your registration and payment.
  - Currently, the registration and payment for each player must be submitted together. (Additionally, we do not keep registrations from past rosters, and your information must be re-submitted for each player for each sport and each season.)
  - *NOTE: If you should ever need to go to the PAYMENT PROCESSING form without going through registering a player (to add any additional payment or fee if applicable), you can Click here to go to "Payment Processing Form".
3. Please don't wait, spaces do fill up, and will be taken first-come, first-served by those who complete both steps of the registration-- submit the PLAYER INFO AND post payment.
4. To ensure that we have enough spaces for those wishing to play, players who have not posted payment will not be processed and they will not be placed on a team.

2. Then POST PAYMENT by either paying for all your players together, or pay each separately.
  - Once you have submitted this PLAYER INFO form, you will see a "Thank You" window, with a link to the online payment form.
  - If you are submitting info for an additional player and/or have already paid, or want to pay for all players with one payment, just close that window and continue with another PLAYER INFO submission using this form.
  - *NOTE: Once you have submitted this PLAYER INFO form for all your players, if you need to come back and pay later, you can just come back to this form and use this link ---->> Click here to go to "Pay Registration Fee"
  - We will hold your PLAYER INFO form(s) until your payment is posted, then we will make your registration(s) active, and your player(s) will be placed on a team.
