TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Outdoor sites not occupied by 7.15am on Market Day will be re-let.

2. Motor Vehicles are not permitted into/or move within the Market precinct between 8.15am – 2pm.

3. All Council Permits, Registrations, Certificates of Currency and Insurances for Food Vendors are the Stallholders responsibility and a current copy must be provided to Market Management.

4. Food vendors offering packaged /unpacked, ready to eat / not ready to eat, tastings, samples or ingredients only, must hold a valid registration under the Food Act 1984, with their principle Council and a registration with FoodTrader.

5. Stallholders between Main Gate & Toilet Block are not permitted to pack up their site until 2pm.

6. All electrical appliance leads, extension leads, and power boards must be tested and have a current test tag. Double Adaptors are not permitted.

7. Final decisions of site allocations will be at the discretion of the Market Management.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Outdoor Casual site bookings will be sent a sms confimation with site number/s on the Friday before market day.

Indoor Casual sites are limited and sites will be confirmed on the Friday before market day. If no indoor site is available you will be notified and offered an outdoor site if you choose.
