The CX Mystery Shop activity will be carried out over the coming months. As in previous years the reports are due to be emailed out from October 2020. The CX reports will follow the same format as 2019 (excluding rankings).
The cost to obtain your Council’s Customer Experience Report is based on a flat fee of $595 plus GST.
