    If you need assistance creating your NLN Portal Account,
    follow these steps:  

                            Using:  GOOGLE CHROME

                            Device: DESKTOP or LAPTOP 
                                        (cell phones, tablets, chrome books and other devices  
                                         will not work properly)

                            Go to: www.nlntest.org

                            Need to create a new account:
                            Click on the create new account tab and enter the following:                   

                                        a.)   Username:

                                        b.)  Email Address:

                                        c.)   Select Your School: 

                                        d.)  First and Last Name

                                        e.)  Date of Birth

                                        f.)    City, State and Phone

                                        g.)   Click on Create New Account

    You will receive an email from 405669. Click on the link provided in the email.  It will then ask you to reset your password – click Login.

                                        h.)  Enter your new password

                                        i.)     Change your time zone to your local time

                                        j.)     Click SAVE

     

    Once you have created your NLN Portal Account you will be able to access the steps for: 

                                      a.) Registering for your Exam (On-Site and Examity)
                                      b.) Purchasing Prep Materials if available
                                      c.) Purchasing Your Exam
                                      d.) What to Expect on the Day of Your Exam
                                      e.) How to Access Your Score Reports

     

     Important Information Regarding Your NLN Exam:

    • Exams are good for 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • Prep Materials are good for 30 days or 90 days depending on product (see product description).  All Prep and practice materials are available via NLN Portal Only and cannot be printed or reproduced. 
    • If you have technical issues with an exam - DO NOT REPURCHASE (see below). Contact NLN Student Services first and a member of our team will review your case and reset the exam when appropriate. 
    • The NLN does not schedule exams.   
      • On-Site Registration - Sign into your NLN Portal, Go to Register for Exam and follow the instructions.
      • EXAMITY - Sign in to your NLN portal, go to My Assessments and click on the calendar icon next to the exam. 
      • PROCTORIO - Does not require registration. The NLN HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY - Refunds are only issued in the event when a student is overcharged.  Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct exam and the correct proctoring method (On-site, Proctorio or Examity)

  • There are NO REFUNDS on exam fees or remote proctor fees.

    However, we are aware of a payment issue that in some cases charges users multiple times. If you have been charged more than once for your exam or practice materials please contact 2Checkout drectly and they will process your refund.

    • In the Search Catalog - Student Products - Choose Test Prep - Apply
    • Add materials to cart 
    • Check out

    Your materials will be available immediately once you have finalized the purchase. Simply go to My Assessments and you will see them listed.

  • Rescheduling a HyFlex Proctorio Exam

    • There is nothing to reschedule.  These exams are made to be taken when you are ready any time, day or night, no blackout dates.  Simply purchase the exam and take within the 30 days from purchase.

     

    Rescheduling an Examity Remote Exam

    • Go to www.nlntest.org and log in
    • Click My Assessments
    • Click Cancel across from exam name (There is no penalty to cancel)
      • There is not a way to view open time prior to cancelling
    • The Cancel button will then change back to a Schedule button
    • Click Schedule
    • Select the desired date and time within program guidelines

  • How do I view my results?

    • Log in at www.nlntest.org
    • Click on My Results and click NLN Student Reports
      • Click Participant Report - for PAX Results
      • Click Coaching Report for Acheivement Exams (Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology and Pharmacology)
      • Click Student Exam and Topic Report or Student Question Report for NCLEX Readiness Exam and NACE Exam

  • Please use the following link to request a new password

  • PAX Verbal is in fact all three parts of the PAX - Verbal, Math, and Science.

  • There is a calculator built into the remote exam under the Assessment Navigator tab 

    You are NOT ALLOWED to use your own calculator.

    Once logged in please click My Assessments

    You should see a Launch link across from the exam name.

    1. Visit www.nlntest.org
    2. Log in with your username and password
    3. Click on the Reports tab
      1. Click Participant Report - for PAX Results
      2. Click Coaching Report for Acheivement Exams (Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology and Pharmacology)
      3. Click Student Exam and Topic Report or Student Question Report for NCLEX Readiness Exam and NACE Exam
    4. Click on your the appropriate date you are looking for
