Vacation Bible School will be offered in a video format each week for you to watch at home either on your own or with a small group from your church via zoom. Small groups will be organized and led by each individual church.

I give my permission for my child(ren) to attend Vacation Bible School online with Willow Glen United Methodist Church, St. Francis Episcopal Church, Cambrian Park United Methodist Church or Almaden Hills United Methodist Church June 28 through July 31, 2020. I understand that parents are encouraged to actively manage their children's online participation.
I give consent for my child to engage in online video communication with a VBS supervisor, small group leader, or other volunteer working with this program.
To maintain program security, I agree to not share any meeting links or passwords with other campers, or children not enrolled in VBS.
I give permission to photograph, film, or interview my child during VBS for purposes deemed appropriate by the sponsoring churches which may include online worship recordings, church websites, church communications and/or social media page(s).
