The undersigned is the owner ("Owner") of the property located at {propertyAddress14}, Anaheim, California (the “Property”). In consideration of the City of Anaheim removing, certain unauthorized signs from the Property and thereby beautifying the Property and neighborhood and reducing blighted conditions, Owner hereby consents and agrees to the following:
- I request and hereby give permission to the City of Anaheim, its contractors, employees, representatives, City-designated volunteers and equipment to enter upon the Property and to identify and remove unauthorized signs which have been placed upon and abandoned on the Property.
- I understand that despite the City’s best efforts and the exercise of due caution, there may becoincidental damage to shrubs, plants, landscaping, light standards, fencing and buildings as a result of and relating to the removal of any unauthorized signs from the Property by the City of Anaheim, its contractors, employees, representatives, City-designated volunteers and equipment.
- I agree to promptly notify the City of Anaheim Code Enforcement Services Division at 200 S. Anaheim Boulevard, 5th Floor, Anaheim, CA, 92805, if ownership of the property changes during the period of time this Consent to Enter and Release of Liability is in effect.
- I hereby release the City of Anaheim, its officers, agents, contractors, employees, representativesand City-designated volunteers of and from any and all claims, demands, causes of action or obligations whatsoever arising out of or in any way relating to entry upon the Property and the removal of unauthorized signs.
- The effective date of this Consent to Enter and Release of Liability shall be the date it is signed, and it shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months, unless sooner revoked in writing by the Owner. The revocation shall be sent to the attention of the Code Enforcement Manager at the address listed above.
By signing this Consent to Enter and Release of Liability, Owner hereby acknowledges that all unauthorized signs removed from the Property will be destroyed without any further notice to the Owner of the Property.
