Phase 2 Tennis Opt-In Form

We are excited to offer tennis court reservations during phase 2 of re-opening. The courts will be open for play Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 7:30 to 12:30pm until our regular hours resume. During phase 2, all names of players will need to be added to the court reservation.

No members will be billed for June unless you opt in for June tennis access below. Tennis members that would like to have access to booking courts this month will be billed the following amounts for the month:

$50 for individuals and $100 for couples/families.

I understand that I am opting for an elective participation in a Bainbridge Athletic Club program, training or event. I have read the "Re-Opening Safety Measures" & "What You Can Do" and proclaim that I understand and agree to abide to the safety protocols within, including but not limited to; I will keep distancing 6 ft or more as often as possible and wear a face mask when in common areas of the club; I will use sanitizer or hand wash prior to and after sessions; I will bring my own towel; etc. I recognize that Bainbridge Athletic Club has put in place reasonable preventative measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
