Our Massage Therapists work hard to make your massage experience smooth and relaxing as possible. In order for us to achieve this, we ask our clients to understand the following policies that have been updated and made effective January 1, 2023. Your signature below signifies acknowledgement, understanding and acceptance of these policies. These authorizations shall remain effective for up to a year upon signature date, unless sooner revoked in writing delivered to Kapolei Massage Institute LLC.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, bad weather, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:
