Party Booking- Conditions of Hire
1. Parent or guardian must take an active role in supervising children at the party. Duty of care remains the responsibility of the party host.
2. Food is not supplied by Victoria Park Gymnastics & Trampoline Club however, we do offer the use of the kitchen facilities.
3. No food or drinks are allowed in the gymnasium area. Food and Drinks are to be consumed in the party area outside. Tables and chairs are provided.
4. Appropriate active clothing should be worn at all times, preferably shorts/tights and t-shirts/singlets. Participants are required to wear clean socks, have tied back and NO excessive dangling jewellery.
5. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated by the coaches who reserve the right to ask a child to sit out if their behaviour is dangerous or rude.
6. Party time is 2 hours only, please contact the office directly to request longer party times. Please advise parents to collect their children on time, allowing for goodbyes etc. The venue will need to be cleaned and tidied after the party has finished.
7. No Adults are allowed on the equipment. Only children who are listed as participants of the party are permitted on the equipment.
8. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required within 7 days of making the booking. The full payment is due a week prior to the party together with final numbers.
9. Please respect the property of Victoria Park. Any damages occurred to the property will be charged to the host of the party.
