CAMP PRICING PER WEEK / BY THE DAY

(Note: Below fees include all activity fees, snacks, & childcare fee reduction)

After submitting this form you will receive a copy of your submission. You will then be contacted by March 15th and given confirmation of your child's spot and a further complete registration will be required.
