No warranties of any kind are provided, including but not limited to health, temperament, viability, age or breed. The adoption donation is non-refundable. You specifically agree that your veterinarian and landlord may release information necessary to process this application. I understand that the animal's adoption donation covers veterinary expenses, food, transport and care prior to adoption.
