You have chosen our Standard Agreement, which we facilitate through our Consultancy Agreement.
This might be useful if you already have an existing ServiceM8 Support Partner that you want to retain and connected to your ServiceM8 instance, but need an extra bit of help with Service Requests or non-ServiceM8 requirements.
You only need to set this up one-time and it will remain in place until the time you choose to terminate.
The sign up process works as follows:
- We collect your contact details (name, address, email, phone number)
- We send you our Consultancy Agreement for you to review and sign (digitally)
From then onwards, any work we do for you will start off as a Quote for your acceptance and subject to the terms and conditions within the Consultancy Agreement.
