Rescheduling Session:

One complimentary reschedule is permitted - notice in excess of 48 hours must be given. Less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your session fee, and a new session fee will need to be paid to secure a new date. Rescheduling for a SECOND TIME will forfeit your session fee, no matter the notice given, and a new session fee will need to be paid to secure a new date.

For a complete cancellation at any time, the session fee is non-refundable.
