TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Dirty Artist will schedule a time to complete the commission work upon receipt of this form, price agreement and once all requirements have been made.

In order to make a booking A 50% booking fee is required prior to starting the commissioned work. The remaining 50% will be due to be paid prior to dispatching the commission work. Please note there are no refunds on booking fees or for commission paintings.

Commission paintings are charged at a rate of $1.50 per square inch and include the chosen varnish.

Hanging Hardware is charged at $10 Australian Dollars - including installlation of the hardware onto the canvas.

Courier / Postal charges will vary depending on your location. Once this form is submitted and your addres provided, I will contact you with a payment request invoice showing exact costs.

Each commission comes with 1 amendment to the painting (if required by you), every subsequent amendment willl be charged at $50 AUD each - with a total of 3 amendments total per piece available.

Your painting will be an original hand painted work of art. Your painting will be one of a kind and therefore cannot be an exact photo representation of any previous painting. However every artistic effort will be made to ensure your painting will be a successful work of art and I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction as much as reasonablly possible.

When purchasing artwork, the standard procedure is that you have bought the original piece of art and the artist retains the copyright.

As the artist, I may record a video when making the artwork. I retain the rights to use this video footage wherever i see fit, usually digitally via social media sites, magazines, advertising etc. I also retain the right to any digital images of the artwork whether used online or for any other purpose. This usage will actually add value to your purchase over time.

If you wish to digitally copy the artwork, either for personal or commercial use, you may purchase the copyright if it is available for sale. As mentioned this is standard procedure for all artists.
