Although Article 13 of the Private Educational Institutions Law No. 5580 dated 08.02.2007 and Article 56 of the Regulation on Private Educational Institutions of the Ministry of National Education published in the Official Gazette dated 20.03.2012 provide that “for those who withdraw before the commencement of the academic year, ten percent (10%) of the fees shall be deducted; and for those who withdraw after the commencement of the academic year, the remaining amount shall be refunded after deducting ten percent (10%) of the annual fee together with the amount calculated in proportion to the days of attendance,” due to the fact that our institution admits a limited number of students and, pursuant to international agreements, is required to make a certain payment abroad for each student, except in cases of force majeure, in the event that parents withdraw the student from the school without a justified reason, deductions shall be made based on the fees notified to the Governorship, and any discounts applied shall not be taken into account. Early registration or scholarship discounts shall not alter the fee amounts notified to the Governorship. If textbooks, notebooks, stationery, and/or uniforms have been provided to the student, the full amount of the fees for textbooks, notebooks, stationery, and uniforms as notified to the Governorship shall be set off. By signing this agreement, the parent shall be deemed to have accepted all of the above-mentioned terms and conditions as of the date of signature.
After fully completed registration process, all students must obey the school regulations. There will be no refund for students who commits disciplinary crime, exceeds nonattendance limit and discharged from school.

Eğitim yılı başladıktan sonra her ne kadar 08.02.2007 tarih ve 5580 sayılı özel öğretim kurumları kanunu'nun 13.maddesi ve 20.03.2012 tarihli resmi gazetede yer alan milli eğitim bakanlığı özel öğretim kurumları yönetmeliği'nin 56.maddesinde "öğretim yılı başlamadan ayrılanlara ücretlerin yüzde onu kesinti yapılarak; öğretim yılı başladıktan sonra ayrılanlara ise yıllık ücretin yüzde onu ile öğrenim gördüğü günlere göre hesaplanan miktarı dışında kalan kısmı iade edilir" denilmekteyse de kurumumuzun sınırlı sayıda öğrenci alması ve uluslararası sözleşmeler gereği her öğrenci için belirli bir miktar yurt dışına ödeme yapılması nedeniyle mücbir sebep hali hariç olmak üzere velilerin haklı bir sebep olmaksızın öğrenci kaydını okuldan alması halinde valiliğe bildirilen ücretler üzerinden kesinti yapılacak, uygulanan indirimler esas alınmayacaktır. Erken kayıt veya bursluluk indirimleri valiliğe bildirilen ücret hükmünü değiştirmez. Öğrencilere kitap, defter, kırtasiye ve kıyafet verildiyse valiliğe bildirilen kitap, defter, kırtasiye ve kıyafet ücretinin tamamı mahsup edilecektir. Veli işbu hükmü sözleşmeyi imzaladığı andan itibaren yukarıda belirtilen tüm şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
Kayıt işlemleri tamamlanan tüm öğrenciler,okul kurallarına uymakla zorunludurlar. Disiplin suçu işleyen,devamsızlık hakkını dolduran ve okul ile ilişiği kesilen öğrenciler için dondurma ve para iadesi yapılmayacaktır.
