This form is to request marketing assets such as photos, logo files, commercials, radio spots, splash page ads, or blazebox videos.

Here are the important details:
- Your local marketing agency, publication, or print production company will receive the files directly (we will not release assets directly to Re-Bath Franchisees)
- They will be required to sign the Local Marketing Agreement

- Please plan accordingly, as it can take up to 14 days to complete your order.
