The Gateway Cobra Club is a not‐for‐profit organization. Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Annual (nonrefundable) dues are $50 dollars (& $2.40 online processing fee) which are used to cover the club’s operating expenses. Club activities are held each month. By signing this membership application, the below signed applicant agrees to accept, obey, abide by and adhere to all of the rules, by‐laws and regulations of this club as determined by the leadership of this club as from time to time hereafter amended. The leadership of this club may suspend, revoke or terminate any member’s membership in the club at any time for any reason whatsoever they deem necessary and/or appropriate to serve the best interest of this club. Should you choose to disclose private and confidential information about yourself and others in the Club Membership List which will be disseminated to other Club Members on such list, that you acknowledge
that you are doing so knowingly and voluntarily and do thereby authorize such disclosure and thereby also waive, release and forever discharge any and all claims against Gateway Cobra Club, it’s officers, directors and leaders and any others who might be liable for such disclosure of such information. The Gateway Cobra Club does not encourage or condone careless or reckless driving under any circumstances. To the contrary, Gateway Cobra Club insists that all of its members drive their vehicles in a safe, cautious and prudent manner at all times, with absolutely no exceptions. Those members who do not adhere to this policy are subject to having their membership terminated by the Club for any violations of Club policy concerning safety.
