As our Referral Partner, MedicarePrepare will pay you a flat fee of up to $50 for each Medicare Advantage Plan enrollment as a direct result of referrals you send to us.

You will earn $50 for each "New to Medicare" enrollment or $50 for each "Plan to Plan" enrollment that we make that is a result of a referral that you give to us through this program.

An experienced, licensed Agent will work with your Referral customers to guide them through the process of selecting and enrolling into a plan.

MedicarePrepare will provide you with Referral Cards to pass out with your unique Referral Code.

Referral Checks are issued on a periodic basis throughout the year.

This form must be completed at least 7 days prior to sending your first referral prospect to us.

The Referral Fees are based on the following products:

Medicare Advantage Plans:

$50 New To Medicare AND plan changes

Long-term-care:

$50

Life Insurance Plans:

$25

This is a one-time Referral Fee - per enrollment.

Note: We are NOT able to compensate a Healthcare Provider ex: Pharmacies, Physicians, Medical Specialists, Clinics, Hospitals, Vision Care Providers, Dentists, Assisted Living Facilities, Chiropractor etc.

We cannot pay a referral fee for any person for their own enrollment.

By submitting this form, it is understood that that the Referral Partner is not a Healthcare Provider as noted above.

We do not have a set time to make Referral Payments although we strive to make payments once or twice a year.

Program terms may change from time to time. This is the latest term agreement as of January 1st, 2024. I understand and accept the terms of the agreement.
