COVID-19 took its toll on us all this past Spring and continues to do so. We had a mandatory "shelter in place" issued by our local government that forced our schools and businesses to shut down. While we are now starting to reopen our businesses, there is still a possibility that we could experience a 2nd (or even 3rd) mandatory "shelter-in-place" this coming Fall and/or Spring.
We have all been forced to adapt to schooling at home and working at home. Should the Stitch School have to temporarily close up due to another COVID-19 (or other Pandemic/Disaster) shut-down, we will not miss a class!! We will adapt too!
I will be offering our group class lessons from my home to your home via ZOOM. This will be new territory for us both! I know that it can work...It has for so many crafters already that have been forced to host virtual sewing classes. Because of this, there will be no refunds given due to another COVID-19 (or other disaster) shutdown. I know that you understand that we all must carry-on and do our best to thrive in the situation that is forced upon us. Keep Calm & Sew On. :)
For this reason...if you do not own a sewing machine at your home, I STRONGLY SUGGEST, that you make plans in the next 3 months to purchase one! This will greatly benefit your daughter should we move our classes to online courses, as well as, benefit her in being able to practice her sewing techniques at home that she is learning at class.
