Terms and Conditions of Adoption
I agree to the following:

I understand that pre-approval to adopt allows me to meet the cat, but this is not a guarantee that adoption will proceed. It also does not oblige me to adopt the cat if I choose not to. Final approval of adoptions is at the sole discretion of The NZ Cat Foundation, and is based primarily on the best possible match for both the cat and the adopter.*

I will abide by all relevant laws of New Zealand, including the Animal Welfare Act 1999. I understand that I must provide the cat(s) with proper and sufficient food, water, shelter, and veterinary treatment and that I commit an offence if I do not do so.*
