Final Unit Confirmation Deposit
As part of the first group to reserve and confirm your living unit at the new Bellagio it is now time to choose and reserve your preferred unit location. All deposits will remain fully refundable up through 180 days prior to occupancy. Your additional $400 deposit will be used to lock in your unit choice. Your total deposits of $500 will go directly into your lease once completed prior to move in.

The sooner you lock in your desired unit location the sooner you will be assured that your first choice may no longer be available.
