Parental Consent
I hereby consent to let my child participate in this virtual event and to be entered into a drawing for a Nintendo Switch. The winning party must be a child who is no younger than 3 years old and no older than 12 years or sixth grade (whichever appplies). The max chances for one person shall be four (pre-registerstration and 3 nightly forms). The drawing will be done at randomn and will be announced on the final night in the comments on Facebook. The winner will also be notified by email and confirmed with before the prize is mailed out. If the winner is unable to be reached after 1 week. There will be a re-drawing to determine a winner.
