In preparation for opening our Salon and in order for us to adhere to government guidelines ensuring our salon is and remains a safe environment for both staff and clients alike, we are asking all customers to complete the following waiting list form, so we can begin to offer appointments. The information being collected can and will be used in maintaining a contact tracing log for our Salon.
