Art Sales will be split 80/20, Artist receiving 80% on the date of the art showing.
Art Sales will be split 60/40, Artist receiving 60% for the remaining days the Art is in the Gallery.
Art will be inventoried at set up and tear down. Artist will bring Inventory sheet listing all the artwork provided by name with price and tax listed separately.
Upon request the inventory sheet will be returned to Artist with all sales listed and appropriate commission paid when art is picked up.
Artwork will arrive in condition to be displayed, for example, metal hooks or wire for hanging of frames or canvas.
Artists should plan to be at the gallery from 11 am to 5 pm during their scheduled Art Showing day.
Artists are encouraged to do a Meet & Greet, create art, do impromptu art classes for a fee, and/or FB live videos, etc. to attract more people.
O’Flynn’s Art Gallery and Craft Shoppe is permitted to take photographs of the artist and the artist’s work and use these photographs for advertising or promotional purposes.
The Artist is responsible for leaving the gallery space in the same condition as they found it.
The Artist will create and attach labels for all pieces of art. Labels will include: artist name, name of piece, and price.
O’Flynn’s will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the city, county, and/or state.
All checks for art sales will be made out to O’Flynn’s Art Gallery and Craft Shoppe, all cash collected will be handled by O’Flynn’s, all online payments will be paid to O’Flynn’s.
O’Flynn’s Art Gallery and Craft Shoppe will be responsible for paying the artist their agreed upon commission by their preferred payment method before they take their remaining art out of the shoppe.
