Student Nomination Form
Please use this form to nominate a student in your organization for Firat Education's pro bono college admissions preparation services. The Firat Education team will review the nominations and contact you and the student if we need any more information. Firat Education will try and help as many students in need as we can, but we will respond on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students who participate in our program will be required to make a commitment to pursuing their education goals by attending all sessions as required and completing all required homework and assignments.
