Thank you for booking your saddle fit with Equestrian Online and the Saddle Cellar. By submitting this form you confirming that you are happy for Ursula to visit your property or another set location to assess your horse(s) for a saddle fit. This will likely require you to ride your horse if there is a suitable saddle to do this in. It is absolutely no issue at all if you do not wish to ride, or are not able, however, this does influence the saddles fit so we do recommend where possible.

Christchurch surrounds:
Refit for existing horses $135.00
New horses or test ride $145.00

Canterbury Regional:
Refit for existing horses $155.00
New horses or test ride $165.00

Fittings generally take between 60 and 90 minutes. Test rides in new or used saddles will generally take between 90 and 120 minutes. Please make sure your horse is in from the paddock, reasonably clean, and all tack is out ready to be ridden. Riders should be ready to ride, and please make sure when testing saddles, that you wear riding tights or breeches that have no bling or zips that could scratch the saddles.

Cancellations not due to weather or in special circumstances must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment, or a full appointment fee, plus travel may be charged.
𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 - 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Over the past month, we have absorbed the initial increases in fuel costs, expecting these to be short-term and manageable within our normal operations. However, ongoing volatility and continued upward pressure on fuel prices mean we now need to introduce a temporary 10% price adjustment on all saddle fits. The adjustment will apply to all relevant invoices from 𝟭 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Where multiple (3 or more) bookings are on one property, this fee will be waived.

We will contiune to review this adjustment while fuel prices remain so high, and will adjust it accordingly, either up or down, based on fuel price movements. If fuel costs return to more stable levels, we will endeavour to reduce or remove this adjustment as soon as possible. While this is not a decision we have taken lightly, it is necessary to ensure the ongoing sustainability for us. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
