OPAC is valid five years from certification date, requirements are:

Complete 175 contact hours of training or education within the most recent five years which includes:

Minimum 125 contact hours of Oregon Public Procurement Training sources;
50 maximum contact hours may be from any Other Procurement Related Training or Eduction.

Pass the OPAC exam with score of 80% or higher.
Provide proof of minimum of five years of procurement experience.

OPAC renewal requirements:

Complete 50 training contact hours from any procurement related resource within the most recent five years.
