1. Changes may be made up to 2 hours after placing your order.

2. No refunds or exchanges on products.

3. Tumbler and shadowbox orders will take 2-4 weeks depending on the quanitity. Plan and order accordingly. (There will be a $15 fee for orders requested under the 2 week waiting period.)

4. Any damages to your order during the shipping process must be dealt with by the carrier first. Luxie Liz is NOT responsible for what happens during transit.

5. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. No partial payments will be accepted (excluding third parties-Sezzle, Afterpay, Quadpay).

6. If there is damage to your cup caused by you or an outside source, it can be repaired for a fee depending on the extent of damage.
