    Refill Delivery Method Let us know how you’d like to receive your pet’s medication refill. You can choose from the following options: • Louisville Pickup – Pick up from our Louisville location. • Evansville Pickup – Pick up from our Evansville location. • Online Pharmacy (Shipped to You) – Have the medication shipped to your home through our online pharmacy. • Outside Pharmacy – Please note: A $10 processing fee applies, and an additional form will be required before we can process the request. Some outside pharmacies do not accept digital prescriptions and may require you to pick up a written copy from either of our VSP locations. Please select the option that works best for you.
