Each episode is typically 60 minutes long, please allow around 15 to 20 minutes before hand to ensure any tech issues are ironed out and we can have a 'get to know you' chat first.

You should try and find a location where you won't be interrupted with as minimal background noise as possible. Joanne recommends wearing headphones and using an external mic from the computer.

IMPORTANT: The recording platform is 'riverside.fm' and requires your browser to be up to date. Joanne recommends checking the link when you receive it, ahead of time, to ensure your system works ok.

- This is unpaid: no fees, no charges, no royalties (either direction), now or later.
- Editorial control sits with Joanne: the episode may be edited, delayed, not published, or removed if needed.
- Repurposing is part of the process: clips, quotes, transcripts and extracts may be reused across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, blogs, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram) to promote the episode and the podcast.
