Glendale Public Library cards must be renewed once each year.

If you have not moved, changed your name or turned 18 since your last card renewal, please fill out the form below and we will renew your library card for one year within two business days of receiving your renewal request.

Otherwise, please visit one of our library locations with current valid photo identification and proof of current residential address.
