This order form is for PICKUP CATERINGS ONLY.
All Catering Orders Require A Minimum of 48 Hrs Notice. No Exceptions.
We Accept Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay payment methods.
Cancellations within 48 hours of event time are subject to 20% fee.
Refunds for cancellations will be receipt amount less transaction fees.
Amendments to orders within 24 hours are not guaranteed.
Once submitted, orders are not able to be modified with addtional items, an addtional order must be submitted.
Additional Fees or Price Adjustments may be needed for special requests/services.
Special requests/services/ time adjustments are not guaranteed.
Delivery service is limited to case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Delivery & Setup fee is a minimum of $85 and only available on orders greater than $750 before tax and fees, if avaliable. Mention your request in the notes section at the end of the form for more information about availability. A member from our team will reach out if available for your date.
