Our Frenchie Puppy Application Process

If you are interested in a puppy from Hunterose French Bulldogs, please kindly fill out this puppy application form as a way of introducing yourself to us, by giving us some information about you and your situation

Our first priority is that our puppies will live full and happy lives in a home with people who love them, know how to care for them and have enough time for them. We try our best to place puppies only in the most loving and responsible of homes and this inquiry form helps us in that process.

Pet only Puppies are placed as 'companion only' to the general public and all dogs will come with a spaying or neutering contract to be desexed by six months of age . No exceptions.Some colours / bloodlines will be desexed before they leave us (on the odd occasion)

Breeders may also apply for puppies on mains registration TBD

Our puppies are raised indoors under heat lamps. They are cuddled daily from birth by us and our young children. They leave here happy confident bundles of fun .
Our pups come to you Vet cleared , vaccinated (1st) , wormed every 2 weeks. Flea and parasite treated and microchipped.At the very least ,News paper trained for easy transition to out door toilet training . Most of our pups are trained to go toilet outside by 8 weeks old.

Our puppies are MDBA registered and pedigree papers are sent out upon proof of desexing.
Puppies also come with 3 weeks complimentary pet insurance with PD

The current prices of our pet only puppies range from $4000 NZD to $6000 NZD depending on colour and quality. And for breeding the price increases further .POA for mains registration pups for breeding purposes.

Have you researched French Bulldog breed related potential future health conditions associated with bracecephalic / dwarf breeds. I understand that completing and signing this application does not guarantee I will be allowed to adopt a dog, and that the application is a tool to help Hunterose determine if a French Bulldog and my family are a good fit for each other. I acknowledge that all information provided on this form is true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentations may result in my not being approved. I also certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.

I understand that all dogs adopted from Hunterose Ltd must be spayed/neutered before 6 months of age .(some pups will be desexed before leaving)And a sale and purchase/desexing contract will be signed before collecting puppy. I will be required to provide a copy of my legal ID (drivers license or passport )alongside my returned contract .
I understand failure to desex my puppy before 6 months of age will result in my dog being repossessed and a penalty may also be imposed.

Additional important information: Under no circumstances do we disclose our home address to the public. This is for the security of our valuable dogs and the safety of our young children.
puppies can be viewed in a public area only after they have had their vaccinations at 6-7 weeks old. Therefore puppies can only be chosen via photos and videos not in person at our home .
Do you wish to join the shorter “Priority” waiting list Or do you wish to just be put on the “main general” list? Or are you completing this form in order to apply for a puppy or adult that is already born and has already been offered to you by hunterose ?

Yes I want to pay a 10% deposit to be placed on the Priority (Short) list to be one of the first in-line to secure a puppy in the upcoming litters as they are born. (Detailed invoice will be emailed to you for you to pay the deposit and a receipt emailed to you upon clearance)I wish to just be placed on the longer”general waiting” list and be notified if any puppies ever happen to become available after the litters have been allocated to people ahead of me on the short listI have been offered a puppy that is already born and I’m wanting to apply to adopt the puppy. Non refundable 25% hold deposit is required to secure the puppy and the balance when puppy is ready to leave . (Invoice will be emailed if application is successful)I am applying to adopt a retired / desexed adultI am applying to purchase a dog on mains registration for breeding purposesI understand any pet puppy I purchase from Hunterose must be desexed by 6 months of age with no exceptions.And I have no intentions of breeding from my “pet only” Frenchie puppy ( If this box is not ticked application will be declined)
