Session Fee/ deposit retainer fee is due upon booking and is non-refundable. This fee secures your session booking and the current pricing structure.
The session fee includes:
Session styling consultation
1-4 hours of professionally styled photography by a experienced photographer.
One (1) hour for Maternity , Cakesmash and Family photoshoot. Newborn photoshoot will take up to 4 hours depending on babe's ability to remain asleep.
Access to a vast range of Newborn props and/or Maternity gowns sourced locally and internationally
Professional and custom retouching/editing of your images
~10 to 15 high resolution, ( depending on chosen package) Professionally edited digital images available within 2 weeks of your session that is protected. $10 per any additional image.
Prints are purchased separately
Terms & Conditions of Cancellation:
In the event of an illness or misadventure, please call as soon as possible to reschedule.
Favian Photography maintains the right to reschedule at any time should it become necessary but will do our upmost to negotiate a mutual acceptable rebooking. The request must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking.
Electronic Devices~
During the session, Cameras, phone cameras, and video are not permitted unless approved unless approved by Favian Photography
Raw images:
Favian Photography does not deliver images that have not been edited to the highest professional standard, And to the style of her portfolio. You can request a re-edit but not the raw image.
Payment~
Favian Photography will not start any gallery retouching/editing on finalised images until all payments have been finalised. Favian Photography can accept Cash, Paypal, PAYID and direct deposit
Copyright:
Favian Photography retains the COPYRIGHT on all images and reserves. Digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Favian Photography.
SHARING:
images and links on the web from its main source is highly acceptable, and encouraged to show family and friends your beautiful images.
Image delivery:
Final edits are delivered via a secure online gallery. Favian photography may send you a few images to select your best but this is not compulsory
Liability:
The client is aware if they choose to print their images through a personal chosen lab ; that the quality of the end result print of the digital files delivered is not under the control of the photographer. And frees Favian Photography from any liability for any potential claims whatsoever based upon discoloration in the end result. If Favian Photography cannot fulfill this contract due to fire or other causality, or beyond the control of the photographer. Or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency. Then the photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client. But shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply if the event of photographic materials is damaged without fault on the photographer.
The client releases any and all employees of Favian Photography from all liabilities, claims and damages that may result from any accidents or incidents that could have been prevented that may happen during the session. Favian Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
Important information: Upon paying your balance at the day of the photosession, a provisional gellery of your UNEDITED pictures will be sent to you for selection. Editing will commence after your final images has been selected.
Lastly, final image processiong time is 2 weeks.
