  • This form is not a binding contract. The dates selected about are just inquiry dates and are not guareented. Once this form is submitted, Haley Johnson Photography will contact you to work with you on confirming a booking date for your Maternity Portrait Session and provide you with a contract.

    Once a date has been booked, a $112 (30% of the $375 package price) deposit retainer is due to retain that date. This deposit secures both of your session bookings(Maternity and Newborn) and the current pricing structure.
