Privacy Notice
The collected personal information is used solely for documentation and processing purposes within the UPLB Museum of Natural History and is not shared with any outside parties. They enable the Museum to properly address concerns on provided services in order to provide future clients with better client satisfaction.
Only authorized Museum personnel has access to these information. They will be stored in a database for one year and there will be no physical record. The data shall be deleted and expunged on the last day of the year.
